Jerry I. Porras is the Lane Professor of Organizational Behavior, Emeritus. He received his BSEE from Texas Western College, his MBA from Cornell University, and his PhD from the University of California, Los Angeles. Baking soda is an abbrasive which means it can wear away the enamel. You can buy toothpaste with whitening that does the job better. I love Crest Vivid White. It’s $ 3 for a tube. I can tell a difference when I don’t use it. Also, if you’re looking for a quick fix I love the Equate Whitestrips at Wal-Mart. They come as cheap as $ 14. The only drawback to any of these whitening products is a little sensitivity.

Also, for over the counter Crest Pro whitening effect strip were rated #1 but now I see that Crest has a whitening strip call Advanced Seal which is the most expensive but don’t know which is the best. Also you can go the Crest website and get coupons to print.
